Based on the principles of equality, openness, and respect for human dignity in the education system, the university strives to ensure that every student and staff member – regardless of physical ability – has access to full and high-quality education, as well as opportunities to actively participate in social life. To this end, modern infrastructure, adapted services, and a supportive environment are being systematically developed.
All major academic and administrative buildings on campus have been designed and adapted with the needs of persons with disabilities in mind. Entrances are equipped with ramps, specially sloped pathways, and handrails, allowing individuals with limited mobility to enter and exit independently and safely. Wheelchair users are provided access to all floors through special lift platforms and modern elevators. Inside the buildings, there are wide, barrier-free corridors, ergonomically designed doors, and clear signage, which not only facilitate movement but also foster a sense of independence.
Sanitary and hygiene facilities at the university are also organized according to modern standards. Specially equipped restrooms include wide entrance doors, handrails, conveniently placed sanitary fixtures, and sufficient space for movement. These conditions enable persons with disabilities to carry out daily needs independently and comfortably, while also upholding respect for human dignity.

The modern Information Resource Center provides students with broad opportunities, including an electronic library, internet resources, and access to international scientific databases. Students can freely use leading platforms such as Scopus, Web of Science, and Springer to access scientific articles, research findings, and educational materials. The electronic library system also includes audio and multimedia resources, which is especially beneficial for students with disabilities.

This room contains Braille books, specialized methodological materials, adapted learning equipment, and all necessary conditions for individual study. Students can independently prepare for classes, conduct research, and develop their knowledge and skills. Practical and advisory assistance provided by library staff further enhances the effectiveness of this process.

Through this system, they can access various administrative services, handle documents, and use other services quickly and without unnecessary waiting. This approach reflects the principle of prioritizing human interests in practice.

For this purpose, a medical office operates on campus, providing first aid, health monitoring, preventive measures, and, when necessary, organizing urgent medical services. The medical service system is also adapted for persons with disabilities, ensuring continuous health monitoring and timely assistance.
Every year, in connection with the International Day of Persons with Disabilities, the university organizes educational and cultural events, meetings, and charity initiatives.
